PremierePC.AI
You started it with AI.
We'll finish it for production.
Hand off the vibe-coded site or app. We harden the security, quality, and deployment, then manage it so you can stop babysitting prompts.
Where AI projects get stuck
You got further than most. That does not mean the next step is another late night with ChatGPT.
It works on your machine and nowhere else
Staff hit blank screens, broken forms, or “works on my machine” bugs the first time they try it.
You are afraid to put real data in it
Customer records, payments, or internal files feel one wrong prompt away from a bad day.
Nobody owns deploy, uptime, or 2 AM
Hosting is a mystery, backups are a hope, and you are the unofficial on-call.
Every change means another weekend of prompting
Small tweaks break unrelated features. You are managing an app you never meant to babysit.
What we take over
Whatever you built it with, we make it production-ready and yours to own.
Codebases from AI tools
Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, Replit, Lovable, v0, Bolt, and the rest. If it is code, we can inherit it.
Sites and web apps
Marketing sites, client portals, internal tools, CRMs, and schedulers, whether half-finished or live and fragile.
No-code / low-code builds
Bubble, Glide, Softr, and hybrids that outgrew the platform or need a backend you own.
Hosted demos with no ops plan
Vercel previews, Railway sandboxes, shared accounts, and hardcoded secrets. We clean that up.
How takeover works
Assess → harden → manage. Fixed scope when we build. Optional retainer after.
- 01
Assessment
We review the repo (or export), stack, auth, secrets, hosting, and risk. You get a plain-English report (keep, harden, rewrite, or hybrid) plus scope and price.
- 02
Hardening sprint
Fixed-scope work to make it production-ready: security, auth, validation, backups, CI/CD, monitoring, UX polish, and a proper deployment. You own the code the whole time.
- 03
Ongoing management
Optional retainer ($200–$500/mo) for patches, uptime, small changes, and someone who answers when something breaks. Or we hand you the keys after the sprint.
What you walk away with
Production software you own, with the security, hosting, and monitoring to run it.
Security pass
Secrets pulled out of the code, auth that holds up, and a dependency and vulnerability review. The same pipeline we run for managed IT clients.
Hosting and deployment
Hardened hosting (typically Azure), SSL, backups, separate environments, and a path to ship changes without praying.
Quality you can show customers
Handled edge cases, real error handling, and UI that does not look like a generic AI template.
Someone else on the pager
Monitoring, alerts, and a maintenance plan so the app is not your second full-time job.
Keep, hybrid, or rebuild
After the assessment, we recommend the path that costs you the least to reach production. We only rebuild when the code cannot get there.
Sound architecture, no production setup
Keep & harden
The structure holds up. We add the security, deployment, monitoring, and last 20% it is missing.
Works, but parts are brittle
Hybrid
We keep the modules that work and rewrite the ones that break. Faster and cheaper than starting over.
Prototype that cannot scale
Rebuild
When the foundation cannot carry real load, we keep what the product should do and rebuild the parts that cannot.
Why hand it to us
Most freelancers stop at features. We take it through security, Azure hosting, and incident response, backed by 20 years of PremierePC infrastructure.
AI speed, human review
We use the same tools you used. We also review every line before it ships.
We assume the code has holes
AI-generated code often ships with injection flaws, exposed secrets, and broken auth. Our review catches them before launch.
You keep ownership
The code lives in your repo with your deployment config. Maintenance is optional, and you keep everything if you leave.
Local since 2006
Based in Greenville. You get a fixed proposal within 48 hours, and most projects run $2,500 to $15,000.
Questions we hear first
Will you judge us for vibe coding this?
No. We use AI every day. A working prototype is an asset. It proves the idea. Our job is the gap between “it runs” and “it is safe to run for real customers.”
Do we have to rewrite everything from scratch?
Usually not. After the assessment we recommend keep, hybrid, or rebuild. We only rebuild when the foundation cannot support production. You approve the plan before we start.
What do you need from us to get started?
Repo access (or a zip/export), a short description of what it should do, who uses it, and what is breaking. Screenshots and a staging URL help. Discovery call is free.
How much does a takeover cost?
Most hardening sprints land in our normal $2,500–$15,000 band depending on size and risk. Assessment findings drive a fixed proposal within 48 hours. Ongoing management is optional at $200–$500/month.
Who owns the code after you take over?
You do. Repo, deploy config, and assets stay yours. Maintenance is optional, and you can leave anytime with everything in hand.
What if it was built on a no-code tool?
We assess whether to stabilize it where it lives, wrap it with a proper backend, or migrate to code you own. We will not sell you a rebuild you do not need.
Hand off the prototype
Send the repo, a staging link, or a short description. We will tell you what production needs, what it costs, and how long it takes. No pressure.
